2019 Trend Forecast: Consumer PR

2019 Trend Forecast: Consumer PR (Anne Green comments), The Holmes Report, January 7, 2019

With the volumes of stuff out there being peddled, and all the noise surrounding it, brands in
2019 are expected to step up their efforts to capture consumers through immersive
experiences, particularly ones that blend online and offline worlds. Next-level experiences will

Communications’ New York managing director.

Tennessee distillery. The app Peerfit, used in corporate wellness programs, on the other hand,
makes its mark by linking users with health and fitness services that suit them best.
