Doug’s yardstick for success is growth for both clients and employees. In his role, Doug goes to great lengths to offer excellent client service and identify creative opportunities to apply agency expertise and resources in meeting his clients’ business goals. Over his 30-year career with G&S Chicago that includes his tenure as Managing Director of the office, Doug has provided strategic recommendations, and guided communications programs for corporate positioning and message development, new product launches, digital and social media campaigns, customer events and technical and executive speech writing. Doug earned a B.S. in journalism/advertising from Northern Illinois University. His work ethic is matched by his commitment to his family and their community interests. They support their local animal rescue group after rescuing their dog Newton more than five years ago. Doug counsels business clients with a long-term view, which is how he waited patiently for the 2016 World Series win that he knew would happen for his beloved Chicago Cubs.
