Director of Social Media

Nicholas Love

Nicholas brings both breadth and depth of expertise to drive social media campaigns with compelling results. As Director of Social Media, Nicholas draws on over 11 years of marketing and communications expertise across diverse media platforms to build and execute strategies for social media marketing campaigns, social listening, social media audits, and social media advertising and optimization both domestically and international. Prior to G&S, Nicholas directed social media strategy for the Social Media Strategy Hub at North Carolina State University, where he drove significant growth in content and engagement across various social platforms throughout the university. His earlier work experiences included leading social media strategy for The Ohio State University and Social Media & Search Marketing at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business as well as an on-air talent at ESPN. Nicholas has been featured at several conferences, webinars and speaking engagements, most notably on the main stage at the Brandwatch Now You Know Conference in back-to-back sessions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and a master’s degree in sports administration, both from Grambling State University. A native of Michigan and a diehard fan of most Detroit sports teams, Nicholas credits his father with his personal philosophy: “Preparation meets opportunity; opportunity never meets preparation.”
