NEW YORK, July 17, 2019 G&S Business Communications (G&S) has promoted Heather Caufield, Dana Ferrell and Katy Hendricks to vice president, recognizing the three agency leaders with newly elevated management roles. With 13 years of experience, Caufield’s versatility in adapting communications plans, media relations outreach and event management to various audiences and industries has earned her a reputation for excellent client service across agency accounts. She currently provides strategic direction to clients in industries including financial and professional services, wine and spirits, paper and packaging, and more.

A 20-year veteran of G&S, Ferrell tackles the complexity of agribusiness with agility in communications and excellence in client service. Her strategic counsel to both B2B and B2C clients has spanned multiple categories, from animal health and biotechnology to engineering and manufacturing. Ferrell currently leads key agribusiness accounts, providing branding, crisis communications, design, event management and media relations direction to clients.

Hendricks has established a successful 12-year career at the agency, rising from an entry-level account position to her current role as vice president. With a keen eye for both strategic planning and creative execution, Hendricks counsels clients focused on home and building, technology, healthcare and consumer lifestyle by blending content strategy, integrated campaign development, media relations and project management.
