When it came time to prepare its submission for the Energy Star Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award, Panasonic Eco Solutions knew where to turn. G&S worked with Panasonic to showcase the company’s line of ventilation fans and delve into the role it plays in protecting our environment through superior energy efficiency. For the sixth year in a row, we crafted an award-winning submission, establishing Panasonic as a leader in the clean building sector. We followed up with a media announcement and targeted traditional and social media campaign, stirring up conversation surrounding the win.

Bold Ideas in the Kitchen

Everyone loves a good meal. That’s why when Miele, a manufacturer of high-end home appliances and commercial equipment, announced the launch of its innovative Range Series, G&S knew a bold media splash with a five-star menu was the way to go. At Miele’s showrooms in Chicago, Beverly Hills and San Francisco, we invited the media to a cooking demonstration and three-course feast prepared by Miele resident chefs using the intuitive Miele Range. With pleased palates, reporters and writers were overwhelmingly positive in their feedback and resulting coverage, displaying an in-depth understanding of Miele, its history and its breadth of luxury products.

Rock Solid Branding

Martin Marietta, a leading supplier of aggregates and heavy building material, teamed up with G&S on the cusp of an acquisition and 20th anniversary for a brand refresh and employee communications campaign that would ensure consistency and employee support. We conducted interviews with Martin Marietta’s leadership team to gain an understanding of the employee base and their emotional commitment to the company. With these insights in mind, we designed a logo grounded in the company’s strong history as well as its evolution into a more diversified brand, created a highly utilized set of brand guidelines and developed a video introducing new, unified messaging that would take the brand forward.

PR Drives Double-Digit Growth

To reaffirm the U.S. market position for Hafele under a new leadership team, G&S created an integrated marketing communications campaign for the furniture, cabinet and architectural hardware and accessories leader. It included trade, consumer and online media deskside chats with the new Hafele America CEO, a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) and partner events at the company’s New York showroom. These efforts led to more than 100 trade, vertical and consumer media placements in our first 12 months of engagement. Even more important, our activities were instrumental in driving double-digit sales growth.
