A Twitter Takeoff

When it comes to building a strong following on Twitter, quality and quantity matter. Knowing this, G&S identified an opportunity for the Flexible Packaging Association (FPA) to support and grow its new Twitter handle through paid social. In an effort to reach the right audiences, G&S oversaw the launch of the paid campaign before, during and after an industry tradeshow attended by more than 46,000 packaging professionals. Targeting the tradeshow’s Twitter handle, hashtags used during the tradeshow and key industry media resulted in 234 new FPA Twitter followers, a 167% increase.
