Account Supervisors (All Offices)

We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to lead day-to-day client programs including: overarching and campaign-specific planning, strategy and counsel; proactive trade media relations; content development across a wide range of channels; social media program management and analysis; team member coaching and development; and collaboration with digital, creative and other specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for learning about technical content as well as the ability to develop and disseminate impactful stories that inspire our B2B clients’ stakeholders to take action.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day execution of client campaigns while collaborating closely with the team to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.
  • Leading day-to-day account work, including ongoing client communications, budget development/tracking, project management, team collaboration/ communication and measurement/reporting.
  • Creating strategic business communications plans for overarching and campaign-specific programs, including traditional, digital, social and creative elements.
  • Developing and editing a wide range of content, including news releases, technical and feature articles, Q&As, e-mail copy, social content, infographics, presentations, collateral, internal communications, etc.
  • Managing social media programs for client business channels and thought leaders, including: developing/editing of organic social content; identifying key stakeholder engagement opportunities; scheduling content distribution via HootSuite; reviewing data to analyze performance and developing recommendations for continual improvements.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B agency or corporate communications experience; experience in advanced manufacturing and/or science is a plus.
  • Must possess a BS/BA in journalism, public relations or communications. Other related fields will be considered.
  • Strong experience using traditional, digital and social media to engage B2B audiences with proven results is imperative.

Account Executive (Raleigh)

The Raleigh office is in need of an Account Executive responsible for day-to-day client contact and program/project management activities such as:

Art Director (Raleigh)

G&S is looking for a creative individual who is passionate, dedicated and forward thinking to join our Creative Team. You are a seasoned professional, able to quickly understand client industries and recognize how to move their needle. You will manage several key client accounts while overseeing your own team of designers. You are a champion of ideas, crafting inspired briefs and leading brainstorming sessions. Senior Graphic Designer (Raleigh)

Senior Social Media Specialist (Raleigh)

The senior social media specialist is responsible for providing expert advice to clients and account managers regarding the digital execution of communication campaigns primarily focused around social media channels and assisting in the proper execution, measurement and evaluation of those campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Review communication strategies and offer suggestions to best leverage paid digital forms of communication including, but not limited to paid social media and paid search marketing (SEM).
  • Guide internal/external stakeholders on how to maximize the value of paid social media and SEM, and how to integrate paid programs into broader communications campaigns.
  • Project budget estimates and build account structure for optimal results.

Paid Social Media Specialist (Raleigh)

The Paid Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing digital advertising programs including Paid Search (Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing), Social Advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), banner advertising and other platforms on behalf of our clients. Key functions include supporting media strategy, overseeing and executing successful campaigns with a primary focus on paid social and search, but also within display, media partnerships and video. Additionally, the paid media specialist provides expert advice to clients and account teams regarding the planning of paid campaigns and taking a lead role in ensuring programs work seamlessly with digital and traditional communications campaigns following agency best practices.

Responsibilites:

  • Generate new ad campaigns, build ad groups, define keywords, set match types and define social audience targets. Provide creative copy suggestions. Coordinate with team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Coordinate content production, optimize content as necessary including writing title and meta tags, media tags and anchor text. Coordinate ongoing content development with campaign account managers, coordinate ongoing link building.

Digital Marketing Associate (New York)

The Digital Marketing Associate is dedicated to driving lead acquisition and client retention through marketing automation and CRM platforms that support the agency’s new business and marketing strategies. The role does not include external client assignments. The position will be responsible for optimizing, coordinating and reporting on the agency’s digital marketing efforts. We’re looking for an organized, professional, dedicated Billing Manager to join our Finance Team.
