Junior Account Executive (Raleigh)

We are actively looking for Junior Account Executives to join our growing teams and to be responsible for day-to-day client account activities such as:

  • Drafting a range of written materials, including byline articles, case studies, news releases, blog posts, etc., based on direction from supervisors
  • Securing media placements and actively pitching media on client news, technologies and solutions
  • Understanding and building relationships with clients’ top-tier and niche trade media
  • Monitoring media outlets for coverage of client news and competitor developments
  • Developing content for various mediums, including digital and social media, broadcast, web, print publications and sales/marketing collateral
  • Researching industry or program-specific topics efficiently
  • Assisting with event planning for client tradeshows, media tours, special events, etc.

Skills/ Qualifications:

Senior Account Executive (New York)

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for day-to-day client contact and the implementation of integrated media and public relations program activities.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a keen understanding of distinct B2B and B2C audiences and the ability to develop appropriate digital, social and traditional business communication programs that speak to these audiences
  • Proactively generate new story ideas and opportunities that support client business objectives
  • Develop and maintain consumer and business media relationships with influential members of the press in order to ensure feature placements
  • Integrate creative, digital and other communication agency specialists to enhance story-telling
  • Develop strategy behind and represent clients and products at industry conferences and events; develop strategy and manage client-owned customer and product launch events
  • Create and develop proactive pitch ideas based on current trends and business insights
  • Review and approve key messages, media backgrounders, sales collateral, briefing documents, and campaign presentations

Digital Specialist (Chicago)

We’re looking for a  Digital Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients and account teams regarding the digital execution of communication campaigns and assisting in the proper execution of those campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing communication strategies and offering suggestions to best leverage digital forms of communication from websites to email, from SEO to paid promotion.
  • Creating, editing and producing digital communications.
  • Understanding and meeting project deadlines, coordinating and communicating with the digital strategy manager, project manager and other internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborating with account teams.
  • Merchandise program success and reporting results.
  • Providing regular proactive updates to supervisors on projects and responsibilities.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with marketing communications and a strong understanding of internet marketing.

Production Coordinator (Raleigh)

We’re looking for an organized Production Coordinator to work with our in-house Creative and Digital Departments and be responsible for the internal resourcing of design and development work, tracking movement of jobs through the respective department, and for planning, execution and project management of the company’s entire process of print production. This includes the supply chain process for all print production requirements from planning, RFQ, through delivery of components. In addition, they will liaise internally and externally with vendors, while managing the flow of information to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers. The Production Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison with Project Managers and account teams, assigning Creative and Digital department resources consistent with account campaign master schedules.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and managing traffic coordination of projects within the Creative and Digital Departments.
  • Coordinating with Creative and Digital Departments and Project Managers and/or Account Team members to ensure production requests are fulfilled and prioritized appropriately.
  • Resourcing creative and digital projects and publishing a daily production status report to advise teams of schedules and job status.
  • Expediting all “crisis jobs.”
  • Notifying Project Managers or Account Managers when necessary to contact clients for any materials, information, etc., required to complete scheduled projects.
  • Participating in regular Horizon Meeting with all Project Managers to discuss upcoming projects and workloads.
  • Making sure all material is properly signed off as approved by account managers and client.
  • Obtaining estimates from external design and print vendors.
  • Attending vendor press checks (as necessary) and ensuring high quality of materials.
  • Reviewing invoices and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Coordinating and maintaining collateral jobs and print ads with outside vendors.
  • Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships to ensure high quality and service.
  • Posting final design files to client file site.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of offset and digital print production.
  • Understanding of design and communications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and familiarity with project management software – prior experience with Advantage Software a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, good verbal and written communications skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced office.

Project Managers (New York & Chicago)

We’re looking for Project Managers in both our New York and Chicago offices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and managing the workflow of all projects.
  • Defining project milestones to properly oversee projects as they progress.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless completion of campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Opening all new projects using project management software, acquiring needed resources.
  • Monitoring hours spent, comparing actual vs. budget, and updating managers and appropriate team members regarding budget status.
  • Working with managers to develop cost estimates for client projects/programs, and completing appropriate client cost estimate forms.
  • Revising schedules and publishing a daily production status report to advise all teams of schedules and job status, ordering based on priority.
  • Obtaining and reviewing estimates from vendors when necessary.
  • Maintaining and developing strong internal and external relationships.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years project management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Experience with project management software (Advantage experience is a plus).
  • Capable of working in a team environment managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
